October 1st, 2015 has arrived and the big ICD-10 transition is upon us! We hope things go as smoothly as possible at your clinic.

To help your transition to the new ICD-10 codes, Praxis EMR has produced a short "How To" video. The video will answer most of your ICD-10 transition questions, and should be watched immediately. Then throughout the day, Praxis Support will be upgrading your EMR system. The upgrade itself takes about two minutes. Additionally, Praxis has provided an Excel spreadsheet outlining the ICD-9 to ICD-10 "Crosswalk".

We regret that the Federal Government choose a single-day mandate for the entire country's ICD-10 transition, rather than a phased approach.
