Meet the Praxis Customer Support team. This team of dedicated professionals is on hand to field your questions and help you resolve any Praxis-related issue. All of us here at Praxis are extremely proud of our Customer Support team. They deliver an exceptionally high standard of attention. In fact, Praxis Customer Support was rated #1 by the American Academy of Family Physicians in its 2009 EHR User Satisfaction Survey.

Development and Testing

Meet the individuals who develop and test Praxis EMR. It may surprise you to see such a small group undertaking such an enormous task, but in software development, as in medicine, less is often more. Just as having more doctors tending to a patient won't necessarily speed recovery, neither will having a large development team speed up development. In fact, in both instances, adding more doctors/developers may well be counterproductive!
